Security & Privacy at Plan|right Showtime Region

Plan|right Showtime Region is an internal training and reference site for Plan|right agents and managers. It is not a consumer-facing product and does not sell insurance to the public from this site.

• Access requires signing in with an account; an additional shared access password gates the agent training area.
• Role-based permissions separate agents, managers, and admins. Only admins can manage user roles, training content, and library resources.
• Quiz answer keys, manager notes, and onboarding history are restricted to admins on the server — they are not exposed to ordinary signed-in users.

The application is built with TanStack Start and is deployed through Lovable Cloud. The backend (database, authentication, file storage, and server functions) runs on Lovable Cloud's managed Supabase infrastructure. Traffic between your browser and the app is served over HTTPS.

• Account profile — name and email used to sign in and identify the agent in training and reporting workflows.
• Training progress — checklist completions and quiz attempts (score and pass/fail) so agents and managers can track onboarding.
• Weekly production reports — agent-submitted weekly numbers (AP, policy count, notes) used for internal performance tracking.
• Reference files — applications, cheat sheets, and door-knock videos uploaded by admins for agent use.

We do not intentionally collect end-customer personally identifiable information through this site. Anything an agent uploads or types into a note is stored as written.

• Database row-level security is enabled on user data tables, scoped so agents can only read and modify their own checklist progress and weekly reports.
• Admin-only data (role assignments, manager notes, onboarding history) is gated behind server-side admin checks.
• File storage buckets for resources and door-knock videos are private; files are served to authenticated users only.
• Sensitive credentials (service keys, third-party API keys) are kept as server-side secrets and are never shipped to the browser.

Account profiles, training progress, quiz attempts, weekly reports, and uploaded reference files are retained while Plan|right Showtime Region is in active use to support agent onboarding and management.

The app relies on its hosting platform (Lovable Cloud, including its managed Supabase infrastructure) for database, authentication, file storage, and server-side compute. Other third-party services may be added over time. If you need a current list of subprocessors used by Plan|right Showtime Region, please request it from the address below.

To report a suspected security issue, request data access or deletion, or ask a question about how Plan|right Showtime Region handles information, contact the Plan|right Showtime Region administrator. Reach out through your usual Plan|right Showtime Region management channel, and please avoid including sensitive information in the first message.

• Lovable Cloud provides the underlying platform, hosting, managed database, authentication infrastructure, and file storage that this app runs on.
• Plan|right Showtime Region (the app owner) is responsible for the content uploaded to the site, role assignments, retention decisions, and responding to data requests from its agents and managers.
• Agents and managers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, signing out on shared devices, and only uploading information they are authorized to share.
